Had bright spots
In some ways this book paled in comparison to the first. The writing was sloppy in parts and I didn’t think the shift in Liam’s attitude was believable. That being said I did enjoy the story and think the characters are very lovable. I hope the next book is a bit cleaner.
Would recommend to a friend for sure!
I gave this book one star because....well, it was a written book. That’s all I can say good about it. Poorly written, predictable and far worse, boring.

I love Heidi’s characters and writing style. I read all three of the band members stories...Liam and Harrison and Jimmy. They all made me laugh and cry. They are must reads!

OMG! I have a new favorite author Heidi McLaughlin you rock. Harrison is my dream guy, rough on the outside but tender on the inside. I immediately feel in love with him. I can't wait to read the next book in the series ❤️
Beautiful story about love and bringing two families together.
The story is about Katelyn, who is a single mother. left to take care of twins on her own after her husband died. Also, at the same time Harrison is left to raise his son by himself because a one night stand dropped Quinn off. Together they share a similar situation where both are single parents raising there children alone. But Katelyn has no interest in men like Harrison. Harrison wants her so bad but she can't dishonor her husbands memory. She's afraid if she moves on then she will forget him. I love a man who is not afraid to be a devoted father. Harrison is a man who goes after what he wants and never gives up.
It's a story about letting go of the fear of love and not being afraid of losing it. If you do not take a chance at love then you will miss out on what could have been.
Harrison is an amazing man. He has been raising his son Quinn by himself for eight years. His sister and mother have helped. He has had a good support team.
Katelyn has an amazing friend, Josie, who is her sound board and shows her a great amount of support. Katelyn has had to raise the girls by herself for years. She too has had help from Mason's dad and her dad.
The story embraces the importance of friends and family. I really like the love that is shown bringing two families together. I like how easily they accept each other and want unity. I like the love the children show for one another, it's heart warming.
